How does Cilow compare to RAG?

RAG retrieves documents by similarity and dumps them into the prompt. Cilow builds a persistent memory graph, scores memories using FRR (Frequency-Recency-Relevance), and compiles a minimal context window tuned to each query. The result is higher accuracy, lower token cost, and agents that improve over time instead of starting fresh every call.

Can I use Cilow with my existing stack?

Yes. Cilow exposes REST and gRPC APIs with Python and TypeScript SDKs, so it drops into any agent framework — LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, or your custom stack. It also supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for native tool integration. You don't adopt a new ADE; you add a memory layer underneath what you already run.

What's the latency overhead?

Cilow is designed for hot-path inference. Memory retrieval runs in single-digit milliseconds using a hybrid index (HNSW vector + LSM-tree KV + temporal graph). The context compilation step typically adds less latency than one additional LLM API call, and by reducing prompt size it often lowers overall end-to-end latency.

Does Cilow support multi-agent workflows?

Yes. Cilow's memory graph is shared infrastructure — multiple agents can read and write to the same user's memory, enabling cross-tool coherence and seamless handoffs. Each agent contributes to and benefits from the same evolving context, so users never have to repeat themselves across tools.
